Paper Summary:

This is a proposal about an important subject- designing and constructing buildings that are enviuronmentally "sdafe"- in other words, "green buildings." To create a worldwide image,. this television program proposal introduces Kermit the Frog and other muppets, who develop the need for green building construction, introduce a world-famous architect who shows some green buildings, and then introduces a design contest for students or young arhitects to submit designs for which they will earn an internship, be pubolished and their work "auctioned" to bujilders throughoput the world. PBS is the ideal mediuim for this proposed program.
