Globalization

# 90198
Globalization
A discussion regarding globalism as a manifestation of endemic injustice and inequality.
900 words (approx. 3.6 pages) | 4 sources | 2006 United States

Paper Summary:

This paper discusses how for many people, regardless of where they live in the world, the increasing pace of globalization is troubling, for it has already inflicted economic, political, social, and cultural consequences endemic to this flawed, elitist conception of "free trade." Unfortunately, these consequences are likely to intensify and spread as globalization accelerates and expands, and the ultimate result will be an entrenched global economy that further enriches the interconnected elites in every land and further impoverishes the poor and the powerless.
