One of the more unique perspectives on the increasing acceptance of technology within society is that technology is a gendered concept, where specific forms of technology can be applied to either male or female users. This paper investigates the role of gendered technologies in respect to Western society, where the development of modern culture reflects the use of technologies that apply to men and women, respectively.
