"I have made the following recommendation for settlement to Fox Trots. It has been substantiated that Fox Trots are in violation of discrimination to its employees that are African-American, Native American, and Hispanics. My first recommendation is for Carlos. I recommend that they agree to hire Carlos as a pharmacist for three years, if at the end of that time they feel that Carlos does not measure up to requirements necessary to his position then they could let him go. However, if he does measure up to the position then he should be kept on the pay roll. I feel that Carlos should be paid back pay from the time he first applied to the current date."
