"Foreign Direct Investment is one of the main sources of capital inflow in today's world. Simply, Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) refers to the investment by foreign countries in a domestic country. For Asian countries, which are the focus of discussion of this paper, FDI has been widely accepted as a crucial part of these economies. Recently, after the September eleventh attacks, the importance has increased even further, especially as there is a sudden contraction of this type of Investment. The majority of the Asians, therefore, express strong support for Multi National Enterprises (MNEs), saying that they contribute considerably to the growth and development of their countries.
