Financial Aid for College Students

Paper Summary:

The paper discusses how many high school graduates cannot afford to go to college, but most high school students are eligible to obtain Federal Student Loans and are able to attend college to obtain a degree that will increase their ability to obtain better employment. The paper examines how many parents who live in poverty are not able to send their children to college.
