"The goal of this project was to determine if there was significant statistical correlation between emotional intelligence abilities, transformational leadership style, and perceptions of the effectiveness of the project manager by team members (Luban and Zulauf, 2004). The results showed a positive correlation between managers who used transformational leadership styles and team member's perceptions of the leader."
