"The documentary is highly satirical in its treatment of the GM. The professed subject of the movie is Moore's attempt to interview Roger Smith, the Chairman of General Motors. Moore, a bumbling representation of the common man, fails in his attempts to get the interview, and eventually only manages to speak to a GM public relations man.
