"When a company makes a decision to upgrade their computer and database systems, this decision is usually made with a significant amount of hesitation. The reason for this is that the risk of deciding to integrate the computer systems in any facility, let alone an entire company can be very unsettling. However once a company has decided to go forward they must do so cautiously. A great deal of planning and timeline implementation must be structured with adaptability in mind. The earlier that company objectives can be determined for this project the greater the benefit will be seen once the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system is active and online.
