The advantage of using online catalogues and selling forums is that the information is the more current and accurate. Suppliers are constantly looking to compete with each other in shorter periods. Understanding the potential risks and the responsibilities that each party in the relationship will undergo is also important. In addition, it is important that the supplier and the buyer have a true estimation of the cost of the product, including the shipping cost, taxes and tariffs and any other legal requirements that might be required."
