Through a nineteenth century and twentieth century focus, the Enlightenment values of Mozart's music reflected a musical dynamic through the burgeoning rise of nation states. The cultural aspects of their music is perceived in a modern critical perspective that instills national identities to these composers, which, in turn, opens up the question of foreign influence on these composers."
