Further, all nursing education centers, clinics, and hospitals must establish the needed relevancy of diversity training. With the increased number of racially and ethically diverse patients visiting medical facilities all medical educators are urged to increase the sensitivity of all medical practitioners to all patients representing diverse cultures."
