JAKE COOL, Defendant IN THE CIRCUIT COURT FOR NEW YORK CITY COMPLAINT Carl Cautious, Plaintiff, sues the Defendant, Jake Cool, and in support states as follows: 1. Carl Cautious, Plaintiff, is a resident of Brooklyn, New York. 2. Jake Cool, Defendant, is a resident of Forest Hills, Queens, New York. 3. This action rises from an auto collision which occurred on November 18, 2005, at Ocean Parkway at Avenue I. Both are public roads in New York. 4. On November 18, 2005, the Plaintiff, Carl Cautious, was carefully and prudently traveling in his motor vehicle on Ocean Parkway, when his vehicle was violently struck by the Defendant. 5. At the same time, a motor vehicle operated by Jake Cool, Defendant, was traveling, and smashed into the Plaintiff, causing the Plaintiff to sustain serious personal injuries."
