From the Paper:
"On leaving the Family Practice Clinic at Women's College Hospital I was approached by a young woman who asked me if I would participate in a survey on my experience of using the clinic. I stopped to listen to her request and did participate in the survey despite the fact that I generally do not participate in unsolicited requests on the street. I was late for an appointment but her request was persuasive for a number of reasons. First, she was on the property of the organization in which she represented."
