This paper is intended to discuss the process of building a team that will function well both internally and externally, with other teams in the organization. According to Dictionary.com, the word "group" is defined as "an assemblage of persons or objects gathered or located together; an aggregation," of which may or may not be related to each other in some way (2005a)."
