Are Sweatshops Exploitative?

Foreign direct investment has become increasingly seamless as trade barriers are lifted, tariffs are lowered, and foreign exchange rate risks are decreasing. North American corporations, in particular, are seeking to expand operations by moving manufacturing overseas while, at the same time, taking advantage of the much lower costs of labour."
