"The Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA) was signed into law by President George Bush on 26 July 1990 (Public Law 101-336: The Americans With Disabilities Act of 1990, 104 STAT. 327, 42 USC 12101). This research presents a social welfare policy analysis of the ADA.
