The paper looks at the views of proponents and critics of affirmative action, and, finally, looks at how it is viewed today in America's labor market.

The best way to bring about this change is by getting the society and its people to try and come about with new techniques and methods to do exactly what the affirmative action requires of us. The same way we would treat a nutrition deficiency we should treat affirmative action with vitamin supplements."
