Crashes and jumpers and pleas for help from family members and emergency crews tugged at our heartstrings, and the video replays of these events still do tub at us. Even now, nearly four years later, we are still asking the same questions of why it happened or how it happened. Yet, if we look at some of the "experts'" views that were published beforehand, we might get both an idea of what went wrong long ago and why these acts were carried out."
