The paper focuses on ancient Greece and analyzes the political, economic and artistic aspects of that time period. The paper explains that the ancient Greeks were a proud and interesting people that have changed and adapted a great deal from ancient times, but have still managed to keep their traditions and beliefs even as other parts of their society changed. The paper maintains that the rise of Greece is certainly important to examine, as it can help give clues about modern times as well.

"The temples and much of the architecture, as well as many Greek writings, remain, however, and that is important for an understanding of what the ancient Greeks were like and whether they evolved and changed during ancient times or whether they remained mostly the same. Since their civilization started so long ago, there are many different things that the Greeks left behind and that can be studied. Only three areas, after the description of Greece, will be focused on here, however."
