"Currently, the country is divided into two facets, the business elite and the leftist group, two wings of the same government. It is important that we realize we can accomplish more as a single nation as compared to divided groups. The first step thus is to create a political base, by bringing in all the major parties of the country onto a single platform. These political parties will then nominate their leaders and through a process of transparent and impartial election carried out in the presence of mediating parties, such as observers from the United Nations and the European Union. The election will result in the emergence of a leader, accepted by the majority of the parties as well as their followers, who will form an elected government [Dershowitz, 1998]. "
