"The introduction of Windows 98 was low key compared to Windows 95. Many corporate IM departments stuck with Windows 95 rather then going to Windows 98 because the cost of upgrading outweighed the advantage of Windows 98. Those that upgraded to Windows 98 appreciated and liked the many new features and especially Windows 98 SE (Second Edition) version.
