From the Paper:

"Both sites are appealing to both the IT professionals who work in the enterprise software, hardware and services communities. Eweek.com however is looking to be the go-to site with these professionals for up-to-the-minute news on the industry and the immediate implications to vendors, users, and buyers of IT technologies. Of the two, the Business Intelligence Network does a better job of speaking to the human side of IT relating to change management. One of its guest experts, Dyche (2002) wrote an excellent book on CRM and has specifically stated that change management, or changing how people do their jobs, is the most critical aspect of any IT projects.
