From the Paper:

"Executive Research has concluded that the change from in-house repairs to vendor repairs would be most beneficial to your company. The cost savings plays a major role in the final decision of this research. Another key factor to note is that the vendor has agreed to sign a contract for one year that establishes a 7-day turn around time and a replacement program in the event of the turn around not being met for various reasons. During the research, we were presented records dated back to ten years that show the proof of continuous process improvements, as well as history of 7-day turn around times."
"Executive Research Company highly recommends that a new contract is negotiated prior to the expiration of the contract that will be in place. We also recommend that the same criteria be sought for the contracts that will follow the initial contract, in order to maintain current customer expectations, based upon past in-house repairs by Amazon Electronic Repair Services."
