This paper explains that an internalized world view or a vision of life, refined through cultural-historical development, is a framework or set of fundamental beliefs through which an individual views the world, his or her calling and future in it. The author points out that Christian Theistic view supports the belief that God is the heavenly Father, who created the world and everything in it. The paper relates that New Age ideology the notion of a 'higher consciousness'.

"The Holy Bible provides several examples as to how we should balance work and family. According to the Bible, "all work and no play" should be done with the proper motives. We are responsible for the physical and spiritual well-being of those under our care. Also, when we go to work, we should go with the understanding that we are really working for the Lord, and that we should do our daily work out of the love for God. However, the Bible warns of doing God's work and forgetting about family obligations. Luke 2:49-0 (NIV), talks about not despising family chores or responsibilities."
