Many owners of networks and servers find that others have been using their services without authorization thus interfering with the services which the company wishes to provide or depriving the company of profits to which they are entitled. There are several legal approaches one can adopt to bring suit against individuals or organizations that access computing resources (networks, servers, individual computers, etc.) without authorization in the United States and Canada. "
