In the great hustle and bustle that coincides itself with the business world today, it is simple to forget about the small things that make life so enjoyable in the busyness of our existence. A common topic in both novels and short stories this theme has been made into not only literary works, but now onto the silver screen. The movie Regarding Henry is a prime cinematic example of how in the modern age business can be made more important than life itself. In the novel Tuesdays with Morrie we see the author, Mitch Albom, losing his caring sense in exchange for success in the world of periodical journalism. It can be hard to express this problem in a short story, yet in "Contents of the Dead Man's Pockets" we can completely understand the transition between busyness and love.
