From the Paper "While the smoking ban significantly lowered the number of customers coming into the restaurant, many smokers apparently still come to Chili's. This indicates that the smoking availability was not the only reason that these people went to the restaurant. However, the service and the atmosphere seem to be the largest concerns, as they were cited as the biggest problems among those that said they would not return. These are, therefore, the areas that management must focus on if they wish to retain the customers that they have and begin to build up a larger customer base yet again."

"The problem involved in appraising employees is a management topic that is commonly discussed in manager meetings. It is no easy task to accurately evaluate an employee's performance, but the reality of life is that managers must make sound judgments concerning pay, promotions, and even transfers (Common for Chili's because of the large number of units in business). My question was always this: Are performance evaluations being conducted properly? Are they even accomplishing what was originally intended?"

From the Paper ?Perfection ? like toadstools after the autumn rain, like splashes that gently hitting the rock on the beach, and like a butterfly fluttering around to the colorful petals ? is an integration with the surrounding, and if a person is included in the circumstances, he or she will be the rejoice of it. It could take place anywhere in the universe, but it happens to take place here. The sound just comes from within, me. I can feel the perfection thrives and calls, I can feel how close we are, I can sense that we are siblings and we are linked. We always have an attractant to catch with each other. Somewhere in the world, the story happens here, in an old three-story apartment in Chicago where I share room with my girlfriend from junior high and her boyfriend. I?m a 21 years old college student and living my ordinary world, in that personal definition.?
Abstract the early 1990s, a handful of Hollywood celebrities combined with strong restaurant professionals to form Planet Hollywood, a restaurant that combined casual food (burgers and chili) with props and costumes from Hollywood.
From the Paper "Introduction
In the early 1990s, a handful of Hollywood celebrities combined with strong restaurant professionals to form Planet Hollywood, a restaurant that combined casual food (burgers and chili) with props and costumes from Hollywood. Opening first in New York and then in Southern California, the restaurants are notable for their ability to attract famous actors and actresses to their openings and for surrounding diners with the trappings of the entertainment industry. The effort has proven extraordinarily successful: in less than ten years, the company has entered the international market and is now traded on the New York stock exchange. It has expanded operations to include a sports-themed restaurant chain and has entered into agreements with ITT Sheraton and Disney to expand its markets. Planet Hollywood merchandise ..."

Conclusion
From the Paper "The demand for chili peppers has increased since the 1980s. Like other normal goods, chili pepper consumption increases as nations become wealthier. Over the past two and a half decades, higher incomes have given U.S. consumers more purchasing power, creating an increased demand for Habanero peppers. Today, Habanero peppers--especially the fresh and organic varieties--have excellent market value.
The Habanero originated in Cuba. Weather conditions in Texas are similar to those in Cuba, and the Texas soil can be altered to meet Habanero-growing requirements. Therefore, Texas growers can easily produce Habaneros. Because Hurricane Katrina attacked Louisiana, one of the largest chili pepper producing regions, the market will definitely be short of this product during the next few years. We decided to enter this market for this reason --demand exceeds supply."
