From the Paper:

"More importantly, long-term proper weight maintenance requires reducing total fats to approximately twenty percent of caloric intake; minimal consumption of saturated trans fats, sugars, and simple carbohydrates. By definition, fast foods have no part within a long-term healthy weight maintenance programs, except as a very infrequent indulgence, because numerous well publicized national reports have demonstrated that a single typical meal from any of the most popular fast food outlets contains practically an entire day's allotment of total fat, trans fat, sugar, and sodium."
