The administration has found a way to effectively and efficiently organize and structure the department and organization to make it function and operate efficiently at a very high standard. With all law enforcement agencies, corrections departments, and court systems, the Sherburne County Criminal Justice system is vitally important to the success of the community and to the morale and ethics of those employed by this agency. There are many things that this department has done right and there are many things that this department is doing to become more effective and efficient in their line of work. There are still several aspects of this department that could be looked into and researched, but the basic information into the administration and organization of the department has been explained in its entirety."
