From the Paper:
"Riordan Manufacturing is a global producer of plastics with annual earnings projected at $46 million. Riordan has been experiencing declining sales and uneven outputs over the last two years and in response, Riordan has made revisions to their sales and manufacturing business strategies. The result of these changes has produced an increased turnover in the workforce and a lack of motivation. The workplace ethic has changed and is believed to be the cause of the company's performance drop. Low employee morale is a result of the misalignment between the business and HR strategies."
