This paper explains how, in the past the Internet, used to run on phone systems, but now phone systems are running on the Internet. It discusses the importance of access to a low-cost, high quality worldwide network where voice and data consolidation can bring tremendous savings to a company's communications expenses. The paper analyzes GotVMail as a company which uses the power of VoIP to deliver high quality services to its clients at a substantial savings.
