From the Paper:
"Before engaging in the business, many plans were made to ensure success. Not only did the planning involve short-term goals but long-term goals were also set. In the planning stage, defining the course of action was priority on the list. First, I identified the need for a beauty salon in a small town. Living in an area where there is very little business, I saw a need for a salon that would accommodate the local clientele. Many of the local people were traveling 30 to 50 miles to receive services. After identifying the need, I proceeded with acquiring local and state certifications. Once, I acquired the certifications, I began to renovate the building while ordering equipment and compiling a list of services that would be provided."
