It is intriguing that no background information on the conditions leading up to the initial accident is provided. Background information is critical in making conscientious, informed decisions in nursing practice (Hanson, 2000). There is a chance that the same dizziness that caused the patient's fall also contributed to dizziness in which the patient lost control of their vehicle."
