1,125 words (approx. 4.5 pages) | 1 source | 2006 United States

Paper Summary:

This paper takes a look at Lindy's Bridal Shoppe. This paper discusses how although Lindy's Bridal Shoppe realizes sales revenues of $200,000 per year, the owner, Lindy, is not able to realize any of the rewards from the company. She has not taken a salary from the company since going in business, and current profit margin would only allow for a meager salary, at best. There is no operating budget, and as such, the company does not have money marked for marketing. And, due to Lindy's inability to delegate certain responsibilities, she is often found working long hours.
