From the Paper:

"Essentially, my supervisors expected me to appear busy while doing nothing and having nothing to appear busy with besides my homework. This instilled a feeling in me that McGregor (1957) would equate to be a lack of satisfying my ego and self-fulfillment needs. These needs would be defined as a need to feel a sense of achievement, a sense of obtaining knowledge, a sense of "realizing one's own potential, [and a sense] for continued self-development." McGregor would diagnose my condition as being sick just like any other medically ill man."

At John Jay College I obtained my AS in Criminal Justice and my BS in Legal Studies. Currently I am at John Jay again to obtain my Masters in Public Administration (MPA). I did well especially in my Majors. My Major GPAs were well above a 3.0. I believe they averaged about 3.6 or so. I am also beginning my Masters in Criminal Justice also at John Jay College where my GPA is currently a 3.9
