Specifically, the aforementioned situation grew into a disastrous one chiefly because two people were ill-suited for one another chronologically, culturally and temperamentally. To prevent these situations in the future, organizations must encourage cultural sensitivity training for young employees as well as making more of an effort to hire those who demonstrate the psychological suppleness appropriate for dealing with those who are different."
