From the Paper:

"The people who work the frontline of any business will have ideas on how to better the processes of health and safety issues because they are the core of the work environment, which make them extremely aware of their surroundings. Therefore, the employees are very important to their own safety and place of work since they spend a great amount of time in that area. It is clear that if a manager cannot bring people on board with the company's vision then they will be required to take the necessary actions to ensure the company stays on track in the business transformation by involving the employees to keep the public and everyone safe from unnecessary injury at the football area."
