Fresenius' economies of scale and leadership have delivered this, and their experience in multiple jurisdictions gives them the savvy to meet the unique needs of local governments around the world. Suppliers are less important stakeholders, due to the vertically integrated structure of Fresenius, but they need to have their receivables paid and purchases continued."
