How These Concepts Relate to Me as a Manager of a Steak and Ale Restaurant

From the Paper:

"These concepts of organizational development and behavior relate to me as a manager at Steak and Ale in many ways. The Steak and Ale organizational behavior and culture is a relaxing environment for guests who come to dine. However, as a working environment, the organizational behavior and culture that personnel have become accustomed to is to contributing as little effort as possible and go home. No one, besides the managers, put forth any effort to change the behaviors and culture of the organization. We as a new team of managers are devising a plan to change this to portray to employees that the organization truly cares about them. This is a very complex process, which requires deconstructing all aspects of the organization to determine the root, and possible solutions, for existing and future problems."
