'Employers eager to minimize electronic risks and maximize employee compliance should start with written rules and policies' is the opinion of specialists in the field. The new rules for using the email and Instant Messaging platforms should transmit the idea that employees must use the Internet as a corporate communication tool, and not for their leisure time."
