This paper discusses what EKEM must do in order to create a team atmosphere within the company so that employees feel as though they are making a difference in the grand scheme of things. The paper explains that this is necessary so that workers will begin to take pride in their work and stop feeling expendable because of the lack of a personal relationship with anyone in management. The paper then describes a variety of functions and measures that EKEM can implement so that employees begin to feel as though they are valued members of the EKEM workforce.

"These ideas should be implemented as soon as possible in order to make the transition as quick as possible. The handling of employees should be changed immediately and the first company function should occur within the next two months. The sooner employee moral is raised, the sooner the other aspects of this report will begin coming together. The employees must be kept happy in order for this company to survive long term because we could end up losing experienced employees to competing companies, which will give them a huge advantage over us long term."
