They must also work to eliminate the potential for any further actions against them, as far as safety is concerned. There is not much that they can do to prevent the possibility the other companies will attempt to develop similar products to theirs. It is inevitable in this type of business environment. However, they already have an excellent staff of legal professionals that is dedicated to defending them against these threats."
