"A small, young automobile insurance company is looking for methods to improve their performance, as they are interested in sparking further growth and increasing customer satisfaction. The central problem that the business is encountering deals with sales productivity. The top management attended the meeting--their involvement in the company spanning a period of time from 1 year to 3 years. It is crucial that the top management be involved as a successful management of TQM "must include the commitment of senior management" (Lo, 2002, p. 272). Entry-level positions require knowledge of superior customer service skills and computer expertise. Other skills are then taught in a training program. Their environment is standard to a business; it is a medium sized office building. The company sought this session as they wish to reduce performance gaps they are encountering."
