This paper introduces a plan for medium-sized company according to a three-team model. The paper is a partially point-form presentation. The employees are scientists/engineers, managers/administrators, and support staff. The paper addresses the issue of improved morale and overall motivation and concludes that each division of employees must be encouraged to form horizontal teams of specialists in order to achieve this. In order to do this the company should shift from a hierarchical organization to one in which all employees are valued equally, and all efforts made towards staff inspiration.

"The board of directors of Seneca Technologies (ST) need to see three distinct kinds of employees within the organization in, (a) scientists and engineers, (b) administrators and managers, and (c), support staff. It is advisable that the organization encourage a team model, if it is to feature improved motivation, and with teams devised, first, by scientists and engineers, a second team, by the administration and managerial staff, with a third to self-organize for support staff, from across different departments and functions. Rationale Engineers and scientists involved in specialized projects are often at their best when left to identify problems and deduce solutions, amongst themselves, in view of their understanding of projects..."
