It is advisable that the organization encourage a team model, if it is to feature improved motivation, and with teams devised, first, by scientists and engineers, a second team, by the administration and managerial staff, with a third to self-organize for support staff, from across different departments and functions. Rationale Engineers and scientists involved in specialized projects are often at their best when left to identify problems and deduce solutions, amongst themselves, in view of their understanding of projects..."
