From the Paper:

"Sometimes of the activities in outsourcing do not guarantee benefits to the organization. Some of the disadvantages that an organization is likely to encounter include reduced quality of the company's production activities, as in some occasions the outsourcers may not turn to be experts as they could portray them in the bidding process. There is also the issue of control, whereby the outsourcers are likely to use the secrets of the company's production activities to carry out their business activities, and in other circumstances take control of the activities of the organization against its wish. The staff of the organization that is outsourcing also faces a threat of being replaced, in occasions where the outsourcers prove to be more qualified in the delivery of quality to the organization (Barrar and Gervais, p197)".
