"Over the last three years, the menu has changed a lot and with a new computer system, they will be refined even more. In addition, the new system will be able to track how much of each item is sold along with tracking the inventory used. This will help reduce inventory costs as only the items used will be ordered and stocked on a regular basis. The current product mix is: 45% Pizza, 12% Calzone, 15% Wings, 8% Drinks and 20% Sandwiches. Furthermore, 75% of the orders are delivered, 15% are carryout-no seating and 10% are dine-in. Over the next 18 months with the new computer system, delivery is expected to increase by 10%, while carryout and dine-in is expected to decrease by 5% each."
