The current product mix is: 45% Pizza, 12% Calzone, 15% Wings, 8% Drinks and 20% Sandwiches. Furthermore, 75% of the orders are delivered, 15% are carryout-no seating and 10% are dine-in. Over the next 18 months with the new computer system, delivery is expected to increase by 10%, while carryout and dine-in is expected to decrease by 5% each."
