From the Paper:

"The Internet has opened up the opportunity for many business to obtain international exposure, unlike anything they could have ever imagined only a decade or two ago. E-commerce is convenient for the business and the consumer, and is less costly than most forms of advertising when comparing exposure and marketing costs. Automobile dealerships have joined the campaign to use the Internet to their advantage, either with individual websites or through affiliations with companies like CarsDirect, an automotive broker. This saving is passed on to the consumer who may receive a better price on goods or services when using the Internet to make purchases. This type of sales and marketing should continue to assist organizations to be as profitable as they can be both locally and globally."
