Additionally, it is located in the U.S. Midwest and lies near a number of community colleges that have strong electronics and computer programming departments. Proceeding further, the company is family-owned and wholly private; it has been in business since 1946 and enjoys a loyal customer base. In recent years however, developments within the farming industry have forced the company to re-evaluate its basic operations and whether or not it needs to implement an e-commerce package for its website."
